Contribution
To design the perfect solution for the users, the design process included research in the specialized field of secondary market smartphone factory, the creation of personas for the different types of users, shadowing of target users, the creation of userflows and interface as well as interactive prototypes and specification documents. User testing was conducted to evaluate the efficiency of the solution.
